Definitions regulations

Regarding services provided online, the Regulations are the provisions referred to in Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 144, point 1204).

Client - an individual, legal entity or organizational unit without the status of a legal entity and legal capacity, which, under the conditions specified in these rules, places an Order in the online store.

Consumer - a customer who is an individual who uses the Online Store for purposes not directly related to his/her economic or professional activities.

Service Provider - a person who provides sales services through the Online Store under the conditions specified in these Regulations.

Subject of the transaction - Goods listed and described on the website of the Online Store.

Goods - a movable thing presented in the Online Store, which is subject to the Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Purchase Agreement - a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Service Provider and the Buyer using the Store's website.

Online store (Store) - a website available at www.getsushi.bg, through which the Customer can place an Order.

Order - an expression of the Client's will with a clear definition of the type and quantity of goods, aimed directly at concluding a Purchase and Sale Agreement.

ICT-system - a set of interacting IT devices and software that provides processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving data through telecommunication networks using a terminal device corresponding to this type of network.

Payment system operator - an organization that provides online payment acceptance services, FONDY LTD, 40 Gracechurch Street, London EC3V 0BT, England. Fondy Ltd.

General regulations

These regulations define the rules for using the online store located at www.getsushi.bg.

The condition for placing an Order in the online store by the Client is to read these Regulations and accept their provisions during the execution of the Order.

GetSushi online store carries out retail sales via the Internet.

As part of the technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the ICT system used by the Service Provider to execute orders, the Client must have an active e-mail account (e-mail) and a device connected to the Internet that meets the following minimum technical requirements:

  • Internet Explorer version 10 or higher.
  • Minimum screen resolution of 1024 × 768 pixels.

The client is obliged not to provide content prohibited by law, such as content that promotes violence, is defamatory or violates personal rights and other rights of third parties.

Placing orders

All prices listed on the GetSushi website are gross prices in Bulgarian leva. These prices do not include the cost of delivery. Orders are accepted through the website.

Orders placed through the website are accepted from Monday to Sunday from 11:00 to 21:00 (on holidays the working hours may be changed).

The order is considered valid if the customer has correctly filled out the order form and correctly indicated the contact details, including the exact address to which the order should be sent, as well as the phone number and e-mail address.

If the data provided is not complete, the Seller will contact the Client. If it is impossible to contact the Customer, the Seller has the right to cancel the Order.

When placing an order, the customer may express a desire to receive a fiscal check or VAT invoice, which can be attached to the order at the time of shipment or sent by mail to the specified address.

When placing an Order, the Client may consent to the placement of personal data in the database of the Seller's online store for the purpose of processing them in connection with the execution of the Order. In case of consent, the Client has the right to check their data, correct them and request their deletion.

After the Client places an online order, he/she will receive an automatic response from the store with order confirmation

The start of the order execution is the moment of crediting the payment to the bank account, when paying by bank transfer, or the moment of placing the order when paying by card.
